Erin Wasson - Vogue Australia June 2011

Credit: Vogue Australia

Alexander Wang's Muse and Model and Jewellery Design in her own right Erin Wasson covers the June issue of Vogue Australia; The Ageless Issue.

Wasson has her own jewellery collection called Low Luv, a line which I love love love for it's Egyptianesque designs.

I don't mind the cover of Wasson. It's chic and minimal, and Wasson looks tres fab. Would have been nice to of had a contrast between Wasson's white and the pale background.

Style Diary - Preppy? Vintage

So I'm a fan of vintage clothes. True to my style I always look for different things to put into my wardrobe, and with vintage especially I tend to find really cool pieces. I like finding vintage pieces and then matching them to current pieces mixing up my style.

I got this tartan blazer from a successful trip to Savers with the Wifey. It's double breasted with cute gold buttons on each side, and true to being vintage it has intense shoulder pads (a skinny boy's best friend).

I paired the blazer just with some short shorts, white tee and my lipstick necklace I bought from the Camden Market. I love love love it, printed on gold I just think its tres amazing.

See more from shots over the jump...

ANTM Cycle 16 - Franca Sozzani

Molly (Credit: The CW)

Top Model goes to Morocco as their international destination for Cycle 16. Having enjoyed lunch and the markets of Morocco the models move on to a villa to get frocked up with Andre Leon Talley, the rooftop turns out to be the location of their new digs while in Morocco. Kasia has troubles with trying to fit into a dress though she is praised for being prepared and bring a pair of shoes.

For the photoshoot the models are on Camels in the desert. The most of the models excel at the task, though Alexandria begins to direct again and Kasia isn't comfortable with her own image. At panel Vogue Italia Editor-in-Chief Franca Sozzani is the guest judge. Molly gets first call out for having a high fashion shot, with Alexandria and Kasia in the bottom two. Even though it's Alexandria's second appearance in the bottom two it was Kasia who was eliminated. So much for a fiercely real winner....

In other BIG Top Model News. Cycle 17 of America's Next Top Model is rumoured to be an ALL STARS Cycle featuring models from previous cycles. I'm tres excited to see who is coming back... I've got a few models in mind. Cool Bananas no?

See my favourite shots over the jump...

Here are my favourite shots from the episode. I must admit this is going to be a close competition, with all of the models left having been called first. I like how all of the images are totally different from each other.

Balance

(T-B/L-R) Dinner with the Girls, Me time with Vogue and a Kardashian, Shoe Shopping & Scream 4

So last week was a combination of planning, working and well the pursuit of (not happiness) but balance.

I saw Scream 4 with Wifey Yvonne on Tuesday, well I tricked her into seeing it but nevertheless. I had't been to the cinema in a while.... the last film I saw was probably No Strings Attached (a while ago I know). I'm not really a slasher/scary movie fanatic but I thought it was pretty good, even though a lot of people thought it was crap. I wasn't expecting too much from it in the first place to it met my expectations. Very funny to watch a scary movie in a cinema it is.

I had a long awaited dinner at Goshen with the wifeys and some of my closest high school friends. It was really good to see them, enjoy some food and conversation (my love). Somewhat weird to think that it's so long since high school and yet we can carry from where we left off. It was a good way to spend my weekend, just talking all night long.

Planning is somewhat of my forte, as I'm planning things like the future for MARTAN Main and MARTAN Jewellery Store I'm also planning other parts of my life as well (busy busy). It keeps me motivated to know that I have goals and objectives to achieve, I'm one of those people who loves to write things down on a checklist and successfully tick them off (or write them done once completed just to cross them off). Everything is a bit hush hush at the moment, just because I don't want to jinx anything. But I'll be sure to share in due time lovelies!

With the Easter weekend I'm just working (and a bit of online shopping shh)... not taking a holiday or break. Keeping myself busy; the way I like it.

Style Diary - Drop Crotch Love?

Anyone who knows me, or seen me knows I love love love me some drop crotch pants. I to tend to go through fads where I just continue to collect different types of clothing. One time it was skinny jeans, then Harems and now and still drop crotch pants. I think it mixes the best of both worlds, a bit of a skinny calf, pockets and a low crotch which plays around with my silhouette.

I found this pair of maroon drop crotch pants while I was in Malaysia. I remember seeing them and thinking that they are tres intense, so know me I had to try them on. And I got them then and there.

Just a fun casual look, paired with one of my few coloured print t-shirts. This one is from River Island, and my favourite and yet killer boots. And when I mean killer I mean killer on my feet, but fun for a photoshoot.

ANTM Cycle 16 - Highlights and Catfights

Credit: The CW

As with all Top Model cycles, once it hits halfway there is a recap episode. Sometimes they are just plain boring. Recapping things that I've seen before and all, but Cycle 16's episode proves to be good.

Going through the cycle, it showed never before seen footage of Hannah and her Chakra crystals, Jaclyn and her baby personality, Sarah's fun personality and my FAVOURITE Monique! I think her voice and character is hilarious. That's the best thing about these recaps, you get to see the model being normal and fun. From Monique's stress with her booty and Kasia's age and beauty regime.

At least this week's ep gave me a few laugh. But I'm ready to the business end bitches!

Next week the models head to Morocco, I'm very happy that a few of my picks are still in the finals. Exciting stuff.
