I make my thoughts on Menswear clear... I don't really have many... 

Optimistically I still look for some great Menswear Looks/Designers that shake things up, some I'll soon post about to spread the love.

Here is Part 1 of my Menswear Picks for 2012. It's all in the Texture. 

It's nice to see some new Shapes and Colours for winter. 

Love love love-ing the Reptile Textures. I'm mildly obsessed with the Calvin Klein Pants, Dolce & Gabbana Velvet Baroque Blazers and the Christian Dior Bird Coat.

Looks of the Week - 4-10th July 2011

Dita von Teese - At the end of Paris Fall Couture Fashion week, Dita wore a Alexis Mabille Fall 2010 Couture gown to the closing party. The gown fits perfectly on Dita, love love loving the embellished bust, note the floral details on the shoulder and abstractly on the gown.

Diane Kruger - In Chanel 2009 Couture, Kruger attended the 2011 Fall Chanel Couture Showcase in Paris. The Chanel dress features an amazing asymmetrical bottom with embellishment on the bust, shoulders and the inside of the skirt.

Emma Watson - Out promoting the final Harry Potter film, 'Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2', Watson wore a Fall 2011 Oscar de la Renta gown. Surprising to see Watson in a big ballgown, she looks like a pretty princess surrounded by an amazing tulle skirt. Watson added a white Antonio Berardi Fall 2011 structured jacket to complete her look.
- At the premiere after party Watson opted for a Elie Saab 2011 Spring Couture dress. The dress is covered in crystal embroidery. Love love love!

Jennifer Lopez - Lopez wore a green Emilio Pucci Fall 2011 dress to the BAFTAs Brits to Watch Event in LA. The dress hugged and showed off JLo's famous figure, I especially love love love the embellished sleeve and neckline.

Fall Menswear 2011 Picks - Part 1

Dolce & Gabbana and Balmain

Menswear unfortunately isn't the biggest area of the Fashion Industry. Hopefully in time it'll soon rival womenswear though I see it taking a long time, more guys need to develop taste and personal style. Anyway I've been through the entire Fall 2011 collection, I see trends of Leather, Detailed Textures, Primary Colours, Bronze and Black of course. Here are my first lot of picks from this season. I'm in love love love with these Dolce & Gabbana suits, the pants in Alexis Mabille and the sillouettes from Ann Demeulemeester
