I make my thoughts on Menswear clear... I don't really have many... 

Optimistically I still look for some great Menswear Looks/Designers that shake things up, some I'll soon post about to spread the love.

Here is Part 1 of my Menswear Picks for 2012. It's all in the Texture. 

It's nice to see some new Shapes and Colours for winter. 

Love love love-ing the Reptile Textures. I'm mildly obsessed with the Calvin Klein Pants, Dolce & Gabbana Velvet Baroque Blazers and the Christian Dior Bird Coat.

Style Diary - Silver Summer

This year's summer has been a box of all sorts. 

Hot. Cold. Hot. Cold. More Cold. Even Rain... 

Though living in Melbourne.. I really should not be surprised...

In summer it's hard to really wear or enjoy a lot of pieces of clothing in a look. It's just too damn hot! 

This is probably why I'm really into accessories and particular statements pieces which help to bring out my style with minimal pieces. 

I still like to have a stylish look even if it's over 30 degrees...

I love love love my Silver Jeans, a statement piece but at the end of the day to me.. they're just jeans. 

For this look I just wanted to work the 'jeans and tee', accessorizing with my Alexander McQueen De-Manta Clutch and Unif Hellraisers. For fun I added my Key Necklace I got from the St Kilda Night Market and a Bolt Ring... which is literally a bolt that I wear as a ring.

Supermodels Yasmin Le Bon, Helena Christensen, Cindy Crawford, Noami Campbell & Eva Herzigova are the Ultimate Supergroup in Dolce & Gabbana on cover the December Issue of Harper's Bazaar UK, shot by Jonas Akerlund. The five feature in a new Duran Duran short film: 'Girl Panic!'.

The Issue features a jam packed spread with group and dedicated shots featuring looks by Edward Sexton, Ann Demeulemeester, Giles,, Roberto Cavalli, Dolce & Gabbana, Alexander McQueen and Thierry Mugler. It's such a rich and glamourous spread, not to mention the major supermodel power these ladies look FAB.

Style Diary - Spotty, Skulls, Black Oh My!

Prints... Oh Dear... 

I'm getting back into prints again. The love love love to collect unique prints, ones that are interesting or that help to change up my silhouette. Choosing the right print is important, some can be really unflattering or come off cheap looking. With summer around the corner is the perfect time to find those fun soft prints, leaving the harsh structured ones for the colder months. 

I got this pair of tribal/animalesque pants from H&M. It's a crazy print with spots, abstracts, leaves... basically its' the jungle blended into a black and white print and then made into pants. I paired the pants simply with Black Staples: Blazer, loose tank and a pair of black wedges. I belted the look and added my McQueen scarf just for something extra, definitely optional for an everyday look.
For me, having a small frame I prefer to wear deep tops, showing skin on top as it helps to add structure and strength to my look. So I don't look swamped.
It's all about give and take.

Looks of the Week - 10-16th October 2011

> Amber Heard - This fab actress is on the list twice! First is My Look of the Week. Red hot, Heard is in a  custom Elie Saab gown at the premiere of 'The Rum Diaries' in LA. Love love love this look, fits great and the high slit is sexy but not too sexy.> Heard was then at a private Georgio Armani/Vanity Fair Dinner, in none other than Armani. It's a chic little cocktail number. I love how both looks are really clean and simple, with maximum impact. 
> Anna Kendrick - In London for the premiere of her film 50/50, Kendrick donned a McQ 2012 Resort mini dress. I'm a sucker for a McQueen print and this navy print is dreamy. Loving the leather accessories.
> Elizabeth Olsen - This Olsen is growing on me, I love love love her in head to toe Alexander McQueen Fall 2011. Sophisticated in black, loving the clutch and gold belt.
> Zoe Saldana - Saldana is in Jason Wu Spring 2012 dress at the Veuve Clicquot Polo Classic in California. The sheer printed dress looks a treat on Saldana, great look for the warmer months

Wishlist: Alexander McQueen De-manta Clutch

Finally I've got myself on some more McQueen! 

Take a look at my new Alexander McQueen De-Manta Clutch in a Folklore Print. It's tres amazing! Oversized, folded flaps, embossed leather, gold studs and plenty of room for my stuff. 

I haven't really used it too much. I'm still in that 'it's so nice I don't want to ruin it' stage but I'll be sure to bring it out more, especially with summer and the colourful folklore print.

Looks of the Week - 12-18th September 2011

Alexis Bledel - At the Toronto Film Festival, Bledel wore this gold Saloni Fall 2011 dress. I love love love how the black panels break up the gold, and those tres amazing ballet tie heels. 
Camilla Belle - My look of the Week. In a black Marchesa, Belle was in New York for the first Marchesa 2012 Runway show. I love love love the drama of this look, edgy but still very feminine. 
Elizabeth Olsen - Bringing colour to this week's LOTW, Olsen was in an floral Erdem 2012 Resort dress for the Toronto Film Festival.
Paula Abdul - At the Fox Fall Eco-Casino Party Abdul wore a Falguni & Shane Peacock mini dress with an Alexander McQueen blazer and clutch. A very expensive and classy look for Abdul. 
Victoria Beckham  - Shopping in New York with baby Harper, Beckham wore a dress from her line Victoria by Victoria Beckham's 2012 Spring collection. The look is cute, but Beckham adds edge with her killer Louboutins. Love love love.

Looks of the Week - 29-4th September 2011

Ashley Tisdale - Tisdale wore this floral print Tibi to In Touch Weekly's Icons and Idols Celebration in Hollywood. 

Diane Kruger - Look of the Week. Elegant as ever in Elie Saab Fall 2011 Couture, Kruger wore this look at the Venice Film Festival. The bodice has great embellishment details whilst the gown has flickers of metallic.

Emma Stone - In a mustard Roland Mouret fall 2011 gown, Stone was in France for the Deauville Film Festival promoting her film 'The Help'. The silk gown is beautifully structured, love love loving the waist. Stone accessorized with a Alexander McQueen clutch.

Gwyneth Paltrow - Wearing an orange Prada minidress, Paltrow was in Venice for the Venice Film Festival supporting her film 'Contagion'. The minidress looks great on Paltrow, love love loving the loose sleeves.

Kate Bosworth - In white Chanel Resort 2012, Bosworth was at the Deauville Film Festival Photocall in France. The mini dress features pearl detailing, tres amazing. 

Keira Knightley - At the Venice Film Festival for her film 'A Dangerous Method' Knightley wore a digital print Mary Katrantzou dress from her Fall 2011 collection. 

Looks of the Week - 15-21 August 2011

Brittany Snow - At the VH1 2011 Do Something Awards, Snow wore this animal print Camilla and Marc mini dress. The sleeveless dress looks great on Snow, love love love. 

Duchess of Cambridge - In Alexander McQueen Resort Pre-Fall 2012 look, the Duchess of Cambridge was in Birmingham to show support for the London riots. McQueen looks tres amazing on the Duchess, military chic. 

Kelly Rowland - Looking striking in a Fall Versace mini dress, Rowland was at the press launch of the X Factor UK. Finishing her look, Rowland added a pair of Giuseppe Zanotti wedges. A great look for Rowland, showing off her great bod. A great start of the X Factor Fashion stakes!

Scarlett Johansson - In a coral Roland Mouret mini dress, Johansson was at the Disney D23 Expo. The capped sleeved dress looks tres amazing, chic and clean. 

Selita Banks - Celebrating Noah Tepperberg's birthday in New York, Banks was in a white The Row suit look. I love love love me some feminine suits and Banks pulls off the suit amazingly!

Looks of the Week - 8-14th August 2011

Anne Hathaway - In New York for the premiere of her new film 'One Day', Hathaway wore a black Alexander McQueen Resort 2012 dress. The skirt of the dress is beautifully flared out and the embellished bust is to die for. 

Diane Kruger - In Jason Wu 2012 Resort wear, Kruger was at the 10th Annual InStyle Summer Soiree. I love love love me a girl in a tuxedo jacket. The navy jacket and the tailored black shorts look tres intense on Kruger.

Emma Stone - Stone was in LA for the premiere of 'The Help' Stone was in a Chanel Spring 2011 Couture Look. A great elegant look for Stone.

Gennifer Goodwin - My Favourite look this week! At the Disney ABC Television Summer Press Tour, Goodwin was in a 3.1 Phillip Lim dress. I love love love the embellished sleeves, subtle but adds enough texture an edge to the look. 

Lady GaGa - In LA, GaGa wore this tres amazing yellow snakeskin dress. The look is very simple and chic, and I'm love love loving the print!

Kate Moss - Vogue USA September 2011

Kate Moss covers the September Issue of Vogue USA (for the trillionth gabillionth time). The cover was shot by Mario Testino.

Moss is wearing a maroon custom Alexander McQueen Fall 2011 dress. She looks like a fairy tale princess! (yes I said that) A great Vogue USA cover.

The issue will feature Moss' wedding, pictures and more!

Take a look at Freja Beha Erichsen's spread for the September Issue of Vogue UK. The spread was shot by Mario Testino.

The spread entitled 'Master Class' features Erichsen and fellow model Arizona Muse. The spread features looks from Givenchy, Alexander McQueen, Louis Vuitton, Nina Ricci, Salvatore Ferragamo, Marc Jacobs, Giles, Valentino and Armani.

The spread is dark and period, but the looks look great in the spread. I'm especially love love loving the Givenchy (right) and the McQueen (Over the Jump)
